    Your original database is configured with TDE. I am willing to bet encryption in the database is preventing the restoration from completing.

    The error may be solved by reducing Max Memory such that at "full load" there is still physical memory left operating system.

    exec xp_fixeddrives;

    This returns the amount of free space on your local drives. It is a good place to start....

    Well... I made it to work...

    I disabled my antivirus (TrendMicro) and SQL instantly started working normally.

    Then I enabled the antivirus back and SQL was slow again....
