That's not an upgrade, that's a complete re-write on the new platform.
All tables will need to be re-done with Oracle's data types, all stored procedures, functions and views will need to be rewritten. Application code that accesses the DB will need t o be rewritten.
Good luck.

To start with, fix that broken caps lock.
I'd start by speaking with SAP, they'll have more insight on what's required to port one of their applications to a different DB engine than anyone here.
This is not a quick process, don't think that it'll be finished this week.

Out of pure curiosity, what is the reason for using Oracle and not SQL Server?
😎
This is not a simple database upgrade task, it is a fresh installation and migration project which can easily take weeks or even months depending on the level of customisation and custom code in the SAP, installations this old normally have quite a lot of those. Suggest contracting an SAP migration expert for the project.

I would like to ask the question as well about why the move away form SQL Server.
If you want to upgrade to SQL Server 2016 you would Need to do two migrations, the first to 2014 (for example) and then to 2016.......
https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms143393.aspx
Alternatively migrate directly into 2014 and leave it there.....
My advice would be to stay with SQL Server. It will be a much more cost effective solution than moving to Oracle especially if you don't have the Oracle DBAs to administer it.....
