Presuming you're connecting with SSMS, you're probably not using the same version of SSMS as the SQL Server SSIS.

IE, you're using SSMS from SQL2012, the SSIS is SQL2008.

Ugh, so not looking forward to tomorrow...

Get to spend most of the day in a "new employee orientation" thing (which runs into Thursday for Pete's sake!) despite having worked here...
