you can look in sys.depends, but it's not reliable. There are tools, like Red Gate's Dependency Tracker (http://www.red-gate.com/products/sql-development/sql-dependency-tracker/) that can give you exact listings.

You can't put a database in norecovery. You have to restore it WITH NORECOVERY (or WITH STANDBY).

Don't use loops if you can avoid it. If you have a specific issue, as Jeff mentioned, we can help you find a way to do it without a loop.
