I was wondering why you did not use the CustomerKey when you created the cluster in:dist(Sales[,c(1,3,5)])
Wouldn't it have been more effective to cluster...

What I needs is a set that returns the last x months, and not a measure to calculate values for past x months.

You are reading from a OLTP database or a database that is updated constantly

Yes, you have a point, since you cant (as yet) force excel to have 1 value selected at a time.

Yes, but is it possible to have All Products as another member in the slicer which aggregates all values? Just like there is Product A etc?
