The parameters are mapped right to me...
1) What you could do is execute the same sql query in Sql Server... See if you get any results from that..

Try going to Object Explorer > Databases > Choose database to script. Right click on it > Tasks > Generate Scripts...

it says 'Cannot copy or convert flat file data for column "Product Name"
Check if the conversion is right or that the columns are mapped correctly...
