    Nevermind. Someone changed the table definition on me. It had nothing to do with the package.

    The 32bit version of DTExec still gets installed with SQL 2012 and for a default install can be found here:

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server\110\DTS\Binn\DTExec.exe

    The database principal has granted or denied permissions to objects in the database

    and cannot be dropped. (Microsoft SQL Server, Error: 15284)
