    Out of curiosity what OS is your server running on?

    Windows Server 2012 (I think R2) 64bit.

    Can i just add my two cents to this topic. I have never been able to run Agent jobs with any other account aside from a proxy...

    If you are storing your packages in MSDB, you could try exporting them to the file system somewhere local on the server and switching the sql agent job...

    I've never faced this issue before. Please make sure that the integration services and the SQL Agent are using the same service account.
