The layout is different. The syndicated posts are being published much faster than the typical 8hrs in the past. They are now redirecting comments to the origin of the syndicated post. And they removed the leaderboard.

Blog is integrated to the SSC main site. There was an email regarding it from SSC. They are still in the process. It is not completely migrated yet.
Now if you look at write for us section, you can see all your blogs there as well.

Big blog changes. Not sure I love it, but it's a change.
I wish the comments would pop a new window, but overall I think this is a good move.

Comments going to the source blog is great. I often forget to check here and eventually find week-old comments on posts.

I think that is an excellent move. I also think the formatting of the code comes over cleaner now too, and I like that.

The difference Gail is if you WERE American (or working here) you'd be getting paid enough that you really wouldn't know or care, you'd have blown up the financial limit on the overtime years ago.
The only thing this really affects are Juniors and people who negotiate poorly.
Never stop learning, even if it hurts. Ego bruises are practically mandatory as you learn unless you've never risked enough to make a mistake.
