Just because I've touched it doesn't mean I'm an expert.

    It doesn't? Really?

    πŸ˜‰

Wish more people thought that way.

No experts are those who have heard of it and never touched it πŸ˜€

Huh, I never knew I was an expert in PERL!

Awesome! (and good guesses.) I'll have to ask for a raise.

It's not like LAMP is very enlightening is it? I think they would get more run with face-PALM than LAMP.:-P

Maybe it isn't that it is enlightening, but that it turns them on?

For any interested, my recent exam experience is posted.

Nice job Jason! I'm a little late posting since I've been traveling since SQLRally ended.

I too have no certs and am studying for my very first one. I'll take it when I get a few more clock cycles to get back to it. Phew. Tons of activity working on some cool UG stuff here in Austin, TX with Wes.

I am glad that you took the cert test and passed. That is great.

    Thanks Jim

If you want feedback, I could run this by a coworker or two.

Kind of applies to our job, building the data warehouse. πŸ™‚

    Or that's the theory....

If you let me have an email address I'll send you the current drafts of the 1NF and 2NF notes.

If it's like OO Programming was a quarter of a century back, the real experts were those who had never heard of the new buzzword ("Object Oriented") but had been doing it for ten years or more before an "expert" invented the term and pretended that it had new content.

Thanks Gail, I had to pass that one along round my local folks...
