A plea for assistance, from the denizens of the thread.
QOD - easy enough to display the page to create and submit etc., etc.
When the submittal page displays mine always shows at least 3 possible answers, and 3 check boxes. For as many QODs that I have submitted, my brain refuses to recall how to:
Convert the form to accept or to have just 2 options buttons. All I need to have as possible answers is "Yes", "No".
Any assistance will be deeply appreciated.

@tom, how is your article (series) on Normalization going?I sent the first one to Steve a while back, waiting for feedback - 1NF is the most difficult to describe (2,3,and 4 are easy, 5 less so but not as hard as 1) and also I want to get Steve's feedback before doing teh others - want to make sure it's all in the shape he wants. Maybe I'll do the 2NF one and send him it without waiting - it's the easiest one of all to describe.
If you want feedback, I could run this by a coworker or two.
Kind of applies to our job, building the data warehouse. ๐

As someone who is interviewing, this couldn't be more accurate. If it involves electricity you are supposed to have experience with it.

I always like to throw it back at them and ask questions during the interview when they start asking about non-core skills. "What kind of work will I be doing with C#? How often does this kind of work need to be done? How many VB.Net programs do you have that I'll be updating? Do you have Source Safe or something like it for all the code?" and so on. Frequently it gets them to realize they're asking for things they don't actually need.

1. Filled in the two choices.
2. On 3 rd window for possible answer - to the right of that window clicked on "delete", happy days it reomoved the box for the 3rd answer and allowed the entry to be submitted.

Yeah, I ask similar questions. I also clearly state that I'm a SQL Server person NOT a .NET expert. Just because I've touched it doesn't mean I'm an expert.
