Indeed it looked slick and I wish I'd set it up and tested it.
Few issues, basically makes 3 copies (4 total) of the database, so space can be an issue....

Probably need Client Access or some other driver on the server. We use it from app as well as DTS at J.D. Edwards/Peoplesoft with few issues. Tends to either work...

Was this restored? The user is in the database and the login is in master. They are linked in the database "sysusers" table. If it is blank, sp_change_users_login will help...

Log Explorer from Lumigent could read back the log and you could see the transactions, but there could be a lot to go through.

If they just create tables, then you can easily get the new tables from sysobjects. However, alters will be missed unless you are tracking the version of the current tables.
