There are quite a few scripts on this site that will rebuild indexes based on fragmentation and fillfactor that you can use.

I don't think there's a way to reset the LSNs and as Gail mentioned, you can't detach/attach.
My guess is only another full backup will work.

Luke is correct, the parser is interpreting "GROUP" as the GROUP BY phrase. you need the square brackets.

I agree with Luke in that I'd rewrite this to be more readable.
The order of joins shouldn't matter, and that's what has been the advice, but you never know. However...
