In that case, the path to the spreadsheet should probably be a UNC that the SQL server can see... the reference to C: is for the server and won't work...

Couple of things may be happening here... first off, where is 'c:\SEND\SPF' ?? If it's not on the server, then you have to change the path to a UNC....
