    Also, a row count would be nice. If you've got a wide, long table, that could take a long time no matter how well optimized your query is.

    You can't shrink other databases while the disk is full. SQL Server requires space in which to do the shrinking, in which to add markers or throw...

    I was running winzip32 originally. Now I'm running wzunzip (I'm extracting files). Is that the wrong .exe?

    1. Free up some space on D drive and see that if the DB recovers. This may include shrinking other databases to free up some space.
