Hrmmm. Maybe it would, but restoring master is kind of drastic and labor-intensive. If I'm going to go that far, I might as well uninstall and reinstall the entire instance....

I think I've figured it out (theoretically, not tested). If calling a PoSH script from SQL, you'll need to use xp_cmdshell or an OS job step...
