Of course he will. If he can't write something as simple as what I just did, he won't be able to translate it into a stored procedure, so at the very least he'll have to ask about that.

Either that, or he'll turn what I wrote in without asking about that, get graded on it, and never understand that he didn't actually do the requirements of the assignment and write a stored procedure. Then it'll be up to his prof to decide how much partial credit is worth.
