Steve's buying the beer, Jeff's cooking the pork chops, Gus is singing and the rest is up for grabs.

hmmm, what's the celebration plans for when the Thread reaches 10000?
Say "Are the posted questions getting worse?"

No, but the use of fonts sure is.

Dating myself here, but I actually hear Sgt Shultz from Hogan's Heros! :w00t:
When you date yourself, who buys the drinks? At what's the answer to "my place or mine?"
(My mind is wandering. If anyone sees it, please send it back. It's too frail to be out on its own.)

Gus, I feel your mind is entitled to wander for now, if we see it, we'll take good care of it. Now, where is that recipe ... 😉

I'd imagine it might be hard to get Jeff to part with any pork chops. They're likely frozen solid, and we all know those tend to be prime ammunition.

Something tells me Gus's mind is about to get fried!

About to? My friend, that mind is already fried, fricasseed, stewed, baked and half-baked. How do you think that sense of humor came into being? His mind hasn't wandered... it ran off screaming for the hills.

Me too. On both. Knowing nothing and hearing Shultz.
I love that series - have the entire series. Used to watch it as a kid and will even watch it in syndication.
Now I will be hearing the title sequence in my head for the rest of the day - as well as Sgt. Schultz.

Nah, he would part with them. He gets them for free from the butcher (something about day old and greening meat).

Yeah, it tends to do that.
Was quiet for a few days after Thanksgiving. Then I made my comment about what's going on corporately, and BAM, a couple of hundred posts, and it's barely slowed down since.

Did you mean the one for "Are the posted questions getting worse?"
One vague post
A waste of time
A drip of sarcasm
A hint of knowledge (not too much as it would spoil the result)
One lost mind (or two minds if your not sure)
And... one large spoon (for feeding)
Mix well until 'clear as mud'
Spread liberally
Send to the desert until 10,000 posts
Far away is close at hand in the images of elsewhere.

To be honest, There are lots of Indians here who give other Indians a bad name... 🙁
One single Italian was able to do the same thing all alone.
There's nothing you can do about it: Italians do it better.:-D
