Woot. Just got a mail fom my ISP. Bandwidth cap permanently increased by 1 GB, no additional charge. Excellent!

AWESOME! Time to start watching some shows! @=)

I was more thinking of hitting MSDN downloads and DNRTV. πŸ˜‰

Everyone here is my witness! @=) The last two letters in that sentence are "TV". (hee)

    What is DNRTV?

I have no idea, but I'm going with my first reaction. It's really bad programming for the braindead... Do Not Resucitate TeleVision. :w00t:

Waving to Grant across the interwebs while listening to him present on execution plans!

Oh, that was you? Sorry I didn't wave back. Man, I need to work on my examples a bit.

I hate talking to a wall for presentations.

If you wanted a small jingle... (sung to the tune of "Row, Row, Row Your Boat")

You shouldn't mention that in an SQL forum: "Row" is unspeakable, think of columns and sets instead. :hehe:

It just sounded so much better than "Record, Record, Record Your Boat" as others may say. πŸ˜€

And "Tuple, tuple, tuple your boat" sounds vaguely sexual... or I have an even dirtier mind than .... never mind, I figured it out.

See, I was thinking "Set, set, set your boat", but that sounds like you've either been carrying it, pouring a concrete one or making it permanently stationary.

Honestly, I'd say that's much preferable to someone putting candy in your eyeball dish (sockets).

BAH! I always enjoy a little eye-candy. Makes the day go faster. More pleasurable too. Consider it a compliment, Brandie!

Grant, you should have done it like Jeff and our user group did it. You would have been talking to us instead of the wall. πŸ™‚ Ask Jeff, we rocked on out first Net meeting. πŸ™‚

  • I should have sent Grant some of my eyeballs. Then he'd feel like he was being watched.

Or he would have been too busy eating them to talk. @=)

BTW, SSC usually has a blogger at the blogger table during the PASS Summit. Usually it's me, someone that can take notes during keynotes and post them. Since I won't be there....

any of you rapid posters want to lug a laptop to the keynote each day and take some notes and post a blog? One a day is fine, more are better, but up to you.

Ping me if you want the spot.

    Steve,

    Which of these is correct:

DELETE FROM Steve WHERE Location = 'Summit'

    or

DELETE FROM Summit WHERE Location = 'Blogger Table' AND PersonFullName = 'Steve Jones'

I'm hoping the second, not the first.

    Chad
