Neil Weicher

Neil Weicher, Founder and CTO of Communication Horizons, has over twenty years
experience as a software developer and entrepreneur. Since founding
Communication Horizons in 1986 he has personally developed and marketed a
series of innovative and award winning software products focusing on
database security and workgroup connectivity. Besides product development,
he has spoken at trade seminars and conducted classes on various aspects of
database security and workgroup connectivity. Mr. Weicher has a BS degree
from Case Western Reserve University and an MS degree in Computer Science
from Columbia University.
