SQL Server 2005 Express actually has a 4GB database size limit. It has also been throttled so it can only use 1GB RAM.
SQL Server Standard Edition can't be installed...

I got D as well. My reasoning being that SQL would probably handle the memory part by itself and that there are no guarantees that it is memory causing...

I think as far as companies go, having a certification keeps the HR droids and other management happy - it gives them a quick indication of who might be suitable...
