Could be bad RAM. Could be a memory leak from an unsafe process or .dll. Could be overload from the workload on the system.

I'd try restarting this. You can check the target v total server memory as well and see if the server appears starved.

Can you reboot the instance/host and try it? I'd learn towards transient error unless it continues.

If you don't want data, I'd say use the native scripting features to script the database and build the objects (or use something like SQL Compare).
