I completely agree with the compelling reason. Don't add SQL agents because you can. Don't choose compression/encryption, unless you have a valid reason to do so.

Nicole, those are good points, but employers should work with people in situations. There are single men with issues that are the same, and there are other professions (doctors, etc.)...

You'd need to get the datepart for seconds, or strip out the value.
The calculation is then seconds * 1000 for ms.
multiply by 60 for minutes to ms.
