The table, or database, must have a case-sensitive collation if this is what you get. As SQLRNNR mentioned, this should help:

Please check the error logs. It's possible you have pathing wrong somewhere, or there is some error being thrown from the services.

The page faults on the server shouldn't matter to SSMS since it's a client program connecting the same as it would from another server.
