I use MultiScript from RedGate Software. It works great. I use it to run against multiple databases as well as against muiltiple servers.

We are doing the exact same thing here daily. We found that to do larger tables which in our case is 46 M rows, we had to go to SSIS...

So pagefile usage can be an indication to the memory bottleneck
