    Are you referring to the Preferred owner setting on the cluster role\group or the possible owner settings on each of the cluster resources?

    Your question seems to imply possible...

    in that case as i said above

    Remove the secondary database(s)
    Remove the replica from the Availability Group(s)
    evict the node from the cluster
    Change the nodes IP address
