To change the IP address of the cluster nodes themselves, it would be best to evict in each node in turn, change the IP, then add it back

if doing this you'll need to remove a vot from a node, if its windows 2012 or above it will balance the votes for you when you add the FSW.

since the t-log files are actually sector aligned the NTFS cluster size can stay at the default of 4k, makes no difference
