A ROUND is a ROUND function

Looks a bit strange to me.

SELECT ROUND(1.999,2) returns 2.000

SELECT ROUND(10.999,2) returns 10.000

but

SELECT ROUND(0.999,2) won't work

In the way the answers has been described,

it was like a one error-correcting answer.

I also noticed the error but I thought it should be the right answer because there are 2 ranges and only one answer has 2 ranges.
