    I've just discovered Redgate's 'Tab History' button.

    Where was that at my last place of work? That little gem could have saved me hours of agony.

    Actually, none of the answers is correct.

    As it was mentioned, INFORMATION_SCHEMA.ROUTINES lists not only procedures but functions as well. Without a filtering ROUTINE_TYPE in the query - it's not...

    You are correct about the defrag of the heaps. But to add a CI and then remove it would constitute unnecessary IO.

    I would recommend building a clustered index and leaving...
