Could you please be a little clearer about what you are looking for? For instance, why isn't SSMS's builtin Script Generator sufficient?

Change the TEXT column in the table to a VARCHAR(MAX) column.

1) Use a stored procedure instead, Or...
2) Create a View that UNIONs...
