This usually happens when your Reporting Services Configuration Settings are not complete..means it is not configured....
Please check, if this is configured or not....
I think...it will solve this issue...:)

As per my understanding, you want to apply colors to all fields on a report where the exception is '0,1,3,7,9' ..
As you have a seperate column to display these...

But...we need to deploy our SSRS reports to the desired Report Server...

But, in SSRS...When we choose any parameters..any kind of...it gets the report content according to that condition only...And unless and untill you place it on Report...

I think in order to set this...you can use 'RenderFormat' which is given in delivery extensions...
This you can use and set RenderFormat as "PDF" so that all your reports will...

Yes it absolutely correct...If we wish to run the reports without requiring users to fill parameters then we need to set some default values for the concerned report's parameters....
