    There are other possible show stoppers. Linked servers and queries that use OPENDATASOURCE / OPENROWSET. Make sure you account for all possible objects that have references to these...

    Try deleting the Linked Server and recreating it. Sometimes that's the only thing that can help in situations like this.

    Make sure your font sizes are also all the same. This is another issue that can cause line up problems between subreports and main reports.

    I'm having the same problem. Everything's lined up in preview, but not in the Report Server website. I think it's a rendering issue, but I can't figure out...

    That tells me the account you were using had something wrong with it. Maybe a typo or maybe a permissions issue. Once you figure out what the problem...
