Notice the difference in the accuracy.
They look the same to me--0.000, 0.003 or 0.007 means 3 divisions in 1/100th of a second, which is 1/300th second accuracy....

If you don't have an Identity, add it to the table.
I prefer a method which exploits the IDENTITY column, as well, but it's just not possible...
