Don't you need a destination file name (not just a folder) to make that command work correctly?
Does SQL have permissions to write to that destination?

Your title indicates something different from what your post says. Are you dealing with multiple files in one filegroup or multiple filegroups?

The advisor doesn't tell you about all errors. Syntax errors, for instance, I believe aren't registered by the advisor.
