Per Books Online:
SYSDATETIME and SYSUTCDATE have more fractional seconds precision than GETDATE and GETUTCDATE
It's all in how detailed you want to get with your datetime value.

I know nothing about Oracle. That being said, does Oracle not have database names that you're skipping over it in your INSERT clause?

Aha. I've found something interesting.
Your set up must be completely different from mine. The shortcut keys for File -> Open -> File are Ctrl-Shift-Insert (not Ctrl-O) on my version...
