You have several options.
To eliminate the separate INSERT clauses, you could just use a UNION ALL like below:
INSERT INTO #SummaryResults
(ColumnID
,ColumnName
,SentDate
,DataResult)
SELECT
4

,CONVERT(VARCHAR,COUNT(*))...
