I've yet to come across with any reason to not use GetDate() so I'm sticking with GetDate().

Does the table 'msbtotal.dbo.members' exist?
The SQL logic requires the table and will likely throw that error if the table does not exist.

blandry,I believe there is a space between Access/FoxPro and SQL Server that isn't being filled well.
I believe SQL Server Express can fill that hole, for certain uses.

Try removing the "GO" from the procedure.
You cannot use Go instead a stored procedure.
