Hi,
Kindly some one share the script or query to get the login information used for the sql database in the instance.
InstanceName,DatabaseName,HostName,LoginName,Program,date used etc

I would use "sp_whoisactive" and store this in a table frequently, have a job to run it every 10 seconds or so to capture what you need and then you can report on it.

Other wise you're into extended event for the LOGIN event or server side logon triggers.
