How to debug stored procedure in Express version

  • Hi there,

    Is there anyone know how to debug a stored procedure in MS SQL Server Management Studio Express version? I've the problem to debug my stored procedure. Please help!

  • I don't use debuggers in SQL Server... just the ol' Mil Spec Mark I Mod I Eyeball.  Probably not what you wanted to hear, though...

    What are you trying to debug (ie. Post the code and the error/problem)?  I'll just be we can help

  • Thanks Jeff for your response and intention of trying to help. It is not a serious matter, I am just trying to learn SQL Server 2005 in my own time. I used to develop stored procedure in SQL 2000, just wanted to see what is the improvement of this version. There is no one answer this question anyway.
