One irritating word that's spilled out from IT into the wider world is solution. Ready meals are now meal solutions, and stereos are now home entertainment solutions. I think it's all part of the Emperor's New Clothes school of repackaging things. Grrr!

And what the financial crisis needs is a liquidity solution??
