Hello Karthikeyan,
These forums are here to help those who work with SQLS and encounter some problem with which they need assistance. Your questions show that you don't know anything about SQL Server (and likely not much about databases at all), so I don't think it would help to give you answers which you would understand only marginally.
I think you should read these things in BOL (Books Online = SQL Server Help) and visit some basic course of SQL or about databases in general.

No problem. We all started somewhere and even after 3 years I'm still learning something new every so often. Don't get discouraged if you don't see the end of it anytime soon. That topic is more of an art than a science.
