CLR stored procedure not visible in crystal reports

  • I have created a CLR stored procedure .I'm able to execute the sp from sql server express but the CLR SP is not visible in crystal reports version 10

Sql server SP I'm able to access it in crystal reports but CLR SP its not visible .Are there any permissions to be enabled or is that a limitation for sql server express ?

  • Try wrapping it in a SQL Stored Procedure.

I am not sure if that is necessary, but I am pretty sure that it will work.

  • That's the first time I've heard of someone writing a CLR stored procedure and I'm curious... what does it do?

RBAR is pronounced "ree-bar" and is a "Modenism" for Row-By-Agonizing-Row.
First step towards the paradigm shift of writing Set Based code:
________Stop thinking about what you want to do to a ROW... think, instead, of what you want to do to a COLUMN.

Change is inevitable... Change for the better is not.
