Hello team
Can anyone share popular azure SQL DBA certification exam code? and your recommendation in this regard?

DB-300? Is that the code you mean. That's the cert for "Administering Relational Databases on Microsoft Azure."
As for recommendations, I haven't found certifications all that useful in my career. However, I'm very late in my career at this point, so they are unlikely to ever help me much. I'd recommend getting one if a) you want a study guide on the kinds of things you need to learn so may as well take the test at the end of learning, right? b) your organization will benefit from having certified people, like it gets you into the partner program or something. Otherwise, I don't know that they do much for your career overall.

I've done the DP900 data fundamentals, DP300 Database administrator, AZ900 Azure Fundamentals & AZ104 Azure administrator
Can't say that they've enhanced my career but my company were prepared to pay for them so took them. Never know when they may come in handy 🙂

I think a lot of employers don't look at certifications as "career enhancers" so much as "checkboxes for HR / clients." It lets the employer say they've got someone "certified" in XYZ as a way to reassure clients that said person knows what they're doing. Leaving aside those who obtain certifications through exam cram sites or more nefarious means.
HR looks at them as an "easy button" when vetting potential hires, regardless of whether the person in question could pass a technical interview or not. It's a quick "WHERE [CERTIFICATION] = 'XYZ' OR [CERTIFICATION] = 'ABC'..." on resume searches.
