Are the posted questions getting worse?

There's en enlish button top right, but it's session value so I can't put it in the URL.

That's OK, my French is supposed to be better than my English 🙂

That would be more a dream home for me, but that's 5 X the price.

Dayum, what a kitchen! (and what a view!)

As I said dream-ish house, but 5 times cheaper.

The other one's been on the market for almost 2 years now. They ask for too much (150K more than the last municipal evaluation).

Is it worth posting a point on connect to ask for a warning / error message?

What do you guys think of this as a first house?

    Sweet view!

My first thought was 'where's the lake?', then I scrolled down.

I imagine better from the house than facing it.

Tom: Christie Brinkley? I've seen that pose somewhere on one of the 80's models, but well, it's a bit common and tiny. Hard to determine a few details there... 😉

No, she's a decade older than Christie Brinkley.

It must be DBA season somewhere.

Open season on DBAs??? *fetches bow*

Rabbit Season! Duck Season! Rabbit Season! Duck Season! Shoot me now!

    DBA Season! Developer Season!

There's only one thing I hate more than developers who haven't a clue about databases but think they know it all: that's a DBA who hasn't a clue about databases but has convinced management he knows it all.

If it's open season ob both, where the hell can I get hold of a decent LMG?

Looks pretty good to me, but I've no idea about Canadian houses. At that price in Scotland or in Lanzarote a house like that would be snatched up instantly.

I almost want to say Twiggy, but I'm not entirely certain.

Well, Twiggy's only 5 years older than CB, so still 5 years too young.

I live in a region where insane, unwarranted inflation has been avoided in the housing market.

There are regions where without ANY work on the house, the prices tripled over just 10 years.

Here it's been a steady 2-3% / year which imho is sensible.

That house is on the low end of the price range and should be snatched up pretty quickly for someone who wants a small house.

Mid-High end just 10 minutes from there will be 1-2M +.

Similar Bigger house, different name on the lake :hehe:.

  • Now I really want to jump in and help! 😀

Looks like a decent place. Not knowing French or the real estate market in that area it's hard to say.

In my area of NH you'd get a decent 2 bedroom place for that price.

    Yeah, I missed that.

Looks like that place is only about an hour or less from my sister's house in VT. If I had a passport I'd be able to visit you the next time I visit my sister, but without a passport I think my stay would be longer than you'd like 😛
