Only on tuesday afternoons. But eager for someone to do his work so he can hand something off to his boss.
Sorry - but I couldn't even clearly pick out the question.
Far from harsh in my eyes.

Hah! No, seriously then, I would have given up on that thread a good while ago. Not eager to help himself is he?

Stuck on another problem, rather than bored exactly...but it comes to the same thing.
I even copy-and-pasted that guy's sample data into a text file and had a look at importing it.
I might have gone so far as to post INSERT statements from it, but the tab-delimited format was screwed up.
I drew the line at fixing the sample data.

On another topic...
How many of you have to fight with the Network admins to get something done? For example, not to block Microsoft sites (Technet, Support) in your test environment. Mind you, not production but test.

It's a shame. It looked like a quick double-win problem - get the code to do what the guy wants and give him a performance uplift at the same time. His attitude has got to me now. JFDI is what we get paid for.

I wonder where the bad content is? I can't recall running across games or anything there.

I used to wish for a JFDI key on the standard keyboard.
It would have the Nike logo on it, and instantly make whatever application was taking me too literally Just Do It.

Our network admins work in a strange pattern. There are no ways to predict how they act. I am tired of these guys...

That's why I started using Remote Desktop so many times.
I can download what I need on my client then connect from my RD session to my client and pull over what I need.

Oh they are using dns-like pattern with a very low "time to live" treshold :w00t:

Figure out how to create something to keep them occupied. 😀
Maybe they are bored.
