SQLRally Nordic 2015

,

Last week I attended SQLRally Nordic 2015 in Copenhagen. SQLRally is a regional conference organized by PASS, kind of a mini PASS Summit, if you like. The event last week was 3 days long, and it was the biggest ever – close to 600 people.

I had a great time. It was a great opportunity to meet old friends as well as new people, to learn some new things, and just to have fun. There was a nice Las Vegas style party in one of the evenings…

I also had a presentation – How to Use Parameters Like a Pro and Boost Performance. I talked about one of my favorite topics – parameterization. I would like to thank all the people who attended my session. If you attended my session (and also if you didn’t), here are a few resources following the presentation:

• Session materials (presentation and scripts) – Click this link: How to Use Parameters Like a Pro and Boost Performance

• My blog post series about parameterization – Click here

• Me dressed as a clown – Watch here

Like many other people, I flew from Copenhagen straight to London to attend the SQLBits event. I will write about it in a separate post…
