PowerPivot diagram view missing

Some of you might be wondering why Diagram View is missing in some PowerPivot windows. This is related to Microsoft releasing two versions of PowerPivot in Excel 2010 and in this blog post you will find out when diagram view is not avialable and what to do to make available.
