independent technology experts are using Microsoft technologies

today. Tune in and see what the community of power users are saying about

the mobile-first, cloud-first world of possibility with Microsoft re-imagined.

These sessions will be presented by Americas’ Region

Microsoft Most Valuable Professionals (MVPs), who are exceptional community

leaders who are passionate about sharing their real-world knowledge of

Microsoft products with their IT Pro, developer and consumer communities around

the world.

The theme of this first conference is “The Power of

Community” where we will showcase how the community can help one another learn,

thrive and grow, and demonstrate how Microsoft’s MVPs shape these technical

communities.

The MVP V-Conf Keynote address will be delivered by Steven

Guggenheimer, Corporate Vice President of the Developer eXperience (DX)

group at Microsoft Corp.

This is NOT a SQL Server only conference, but all Microsoft’s product stack

will be on display. Come immerse yourself in 2-days of technology such as SQL

Server, .NET, Sharepoint, Office 365, Dynamics CRM, Azure, Visual Studio,

Windows 10, Skype and more!  Even our favorite Microsoft toys and devices

delighted to have been selected as presenter, and that I am honored to be among the MVP Speakers, along

with my trusty MVP sidekick, (I know he’ll love that ;-), MCM Jason Brimhall (b|t),

who will be Session Moderator! Jason will be on hand to help answer any questions on logistics AND technical.

My session

will bring to you HealthySQL III, which will answer questions: Are

your SQL Servers Healthy? Are all the SQL Servers you manage, healthy running

optimally and has the high availability that is expected? How do you know for

sure? Have you checked on the health of your SQL Servers lately? What is a

Health Check, and how do we perform one? If you are a DBA, then you ought to

know! Well Pearl Knows. Robert Pearl talks about the importance of regular

health checks of your SQL Server(s). We will talk about the need to create a

baseline and provide some time-tested ways to determine if your SQL Servers are

healthy and prove it to your managers, clients and heaven forbid, your IT

auditors. Using various tools and scripts, and native SQL Server features, you

will come out of this session feeling much better.

Don't miss out on this exciting opportunity, you will be virtually pleased!  Register Today!  Tell your friends!
