A long long time ago before the dawn of 2010, somewhere to the South of the United Kingdom lay the realm of SQL. The protector of the realm was Hostettler, a Viking DBA with a wealth of experience and renowned fame.
Therein dwelt DBAs of old who were wise, beautiful and kind. They lived in peace and harmony, untouched by evil and iniquity – until the day the evil Bottleneckers cast envious eyes upon them and their kingdoms.
Hostettlers’ domain was all the heavens in one, where he regularly rode his 8-legged steed Indexia. He ruled his airy throne with strength and wisdom but this one day, he was without answers.
