    That is very creative.I use a Gold Gyms exercise stay ball as a chair. If you maintain good posture it is amazing how much core this works to keep balanced. In 2 years I went from a 36″ waist to a 31″ waist losing my gut and handles. You can get these in different sizes and inflate depending on how high you need to sit at your workstation.
